Internet is required for activation and licence checks every 14 days. Daily signing can work offline within the licence grace period.

Who is SignaTales for?
Beauty salons, cosmetics businesses, clinics and procedure rooms that need a clear, paperless consent flow on an Android tablet.
Where are signed documents stored?
Signed PDFs and the signing log are stored on the device. Open a calendar entry to preview the signed form. Files can also be transferred or shared separately from Documents / SignaTales. Keep backups of your business records.
What can I send to my client?
Only the aftercare attachments assigned to a form are emailed to the client. The signed consent stays on the tablet and is not included in that email. Configure your SMTP and sender details in settings. Sending email requires internet.
Is this a monthly subscription?
SignaTales uses a one-time licence model. One code supports up to two devices, with online activation and a licence check every 14 days. Confirm the price and support arrangements before purchasing.
What happens if my tablet is lost or broken?
Disconnect a device in settings to free one of your two licence slots. Moving a licence does not recover documents stored only on a lost or damaged tablet.
Does signing require an internet connection?
Internet is needed to activate your licence, perform the online check every 14 days and send emails. Everyday signing can work without a constant connection during the licence grace period.
Which languages are available?
The app menus are available in Lithuanian and English. You upload your own consent documents and aftercare attachments.
Can I use an iPad?
The current setup is focused on Android tablets. iPad support has not been confirmed, so compatibility needs to be checked separately.
